Product Description

This tapes tests Urine or Saliva only. Tape tests body acid levels. Urine Testing: Collect urine in a cup. Dip tape. When saturated, compare to ph scale on dispenser immediately. Dried tape will change color and no longer give an accurate reading. Saliva Testing: Any food, drink, brushing teeth, mouthwash or smoking will alter the saliva test. Best to test 1st thing in the morning before doing anything, Spit out excess saliva making sure to get any night residue out of your mouth. I scape the inside of my mouth with my teeth to clear residue. Allow fresh saliva to accumulate under your tongue. Collect this fresh saliva in a spoon or other container. Dip tape and when wet read result immediately. This will give you an accurate ph. After eating, drinking or anything as such, wait 2 hours before saliva testing to get the saliva result from your diet. Urine will always test accurate and be slightly more acid than the saliva reading.
