PH Calibration Solution (PH 4.01) - High Quality Reference Solution for PH, EC, and TDS Meters - 8 OuncesGeneral Hydroponics uses the highest quality reference solutions, allowing growers to calibrate many popular brands of PH, EC and TDS meters (NaCl scale or the 442 scale). General Hydroponics technicians check each batch to ensure that our solutions are precisely calibrated and yield reliable readings each time they are used.
Instructions
Pour an adequate quantity of reference solution into a clean container. Immerse the pH electrode in pH reference solution for 1 minute before calibrating. To extend the life of your pH meter, keep electrode immersed in a small cup of pH reference solution when the meter is turned off. Rinse the electrode with distilled water after each pH reading to avoid contamination of the storage reference solution. Replace storage solution often. Never pour used solution back into this bottle.
