The INNOVA 3310 is a Hands-free Digital Multimeter designed to safely and accurately troubleshoot a variety of automotive and household electrical problems. This electrical tester features a 10 MegOhm circuitry to prevent damage to sensitive automotive electronics. It comes with 19 different measurement settings including settings for 1.5, 6, 9 and 12 volt batteries. It also features an audible beep to measure continuity. The INNOVA 3310 includes test lead holders for hands-free testing as well as easy to read instructions in English, French and Spanish.
