This model has the advantage of round body (as opposed to hex style of regular straight male connectors) allows it to be used in applications where width of the fitting body is a concern. (IE: - mounting on valves or manifolds that have minimal space between ports). Installation and tightening of this fitting is done with an Allen/Hex Key(not included) inside of the fitting.
