Description:

The GEM20 Digital Scale is a perfect scale for weighing jewels or any kind of small precious objects, such as coins, gemstones, jewelry, gold, silver, etc, and it is extremely accurate. It has a very high capacity of up to 20 grams and professional accuracy of 0.001g. The GEM20 digital scale sets 6 different modes of measurement (g, ozt, dwt, ct, gn, oz) to meet different needs. It is small, compact and convenient to carry around and use on-the-go. The digital scale features a flip open protective cover, to protect the weighing platform and a back lit LCD display that helps make the numbers easy to read.

Tips & Care:

Prior to using your scale for the first time, remove the plastic insulation strips from the battery compartment. Place scale on a flat level surface, press the ON key to turn on the scale, wait until “0.0” (zero) is displayed, place the included tray on the weighing platform, you are ready to weigh. Place the object(s) on the included tray; wait a few seconds for the display to stabilize before taking a weight reading.

Functions:

Tare key, to subtract the weight of an empty tray, container or box for net weight determination. Mode key, which allows you to change the measurement unit from grams to ounces to pennyweight to troy ounces - all in one measure!
